A little bit more about what inspires me...

Hi! When I'm not creating, you'll often find me in nature, exploring and connecting with our beautiful planet.
The Earth is the most incredible artist, wowing me daily with her colors, her stories, and the magnificence she shares to nurture and sustain life.
While I call the mountains and deserts of Utah my home, I also spend a lot of time in Wyoming, particularly in the Grand Tetons, which I consider the "home of my soul." I’ve been traveling to Jackson and the Tetons since I was a small child and have lived there on and off more than once over the years. I fell in love with the energy and sacredness of the land, originally the home of Shoshone, Bannock, Blackfoot, Crow, Flathead, Gros Ventre, and Nez Perce.
There, I rode my first horse and donned my first pair of cowboy boots. I guess you could say the essence of Wyoming and the Mountains got into my blood and I've been drawn back to its powerful landscape ever since.
Another important part of my life is my Shamanic Ritual Healing Arts practice. Since 2013, I’ve been offering Shamanic Ritual Healing, a path that has expanded my heart, mind, and imagination. Rooted in my Nordic and Celtic ancestry, my practice incorporates Shamanic Sound, Rites of Passage, and Initiation. I’ve found a deep passion in tending to and supporting others through grief and life transitions.
I offer community grief rituals, guided Shamanic Sound Journeys, and one-on-one support to help others build a bridge to their ancestors and reclaim their innate, bone-deep wisdom. If you'd like to learn more about my practice, you can find more information here:
